All you need is space the size of a yoga mat! You can use a mat, a towel or even a rug, although I do recommend something squishy under you so your back feels comfortable as we roll through your spine. If you'd like to add to your prop collection at home so you can use the props I use in the videos, I recommend checking out my blog post of my favorite props! I do my best to source from reputable companies at as an affordable rate as I can find.
How are classes streamed?

Can I view the on demand library on all devices?
Yes! You are able to watch on your phone, computer, iPad and even cast it to your TV. Stream it via my website on the Pilates On Demand page.
Can I pause or access a class after doing it?
Absolutely - all the videos in the on demand library are included in your monthly subscription and you can start and stop as you need and rewatch as many times as you'd like.
How should I choose my workout video?
You can use the filter icon to see what videos you've watched and which ones you haven't as well as many other filters to choose your workout of the day including length, body part, level and equipment.
Do I need a credit card to access the monthly subscription?
Yes, you need to enter your credit card information to sign up for the monthly subscription. You can sign up at the bottom of this page. You will also have the ability to cancel your membership through your profile, but if you have any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

I’m new to Pilates, how do I start?
Welcome to Pilates! I am so happy you are ready to begin your Pilates practice and I feel honored you chose to do it with me. I highly recommend beginning with the 15 minute Beginner Core Workout. I go over how to really feel your core while keeping your spine and hips stable and aligned. Then, any of the "all levels" videos will be a safe space for you to start. I'll continue to throw out modifications during each class, but as always, if something doesn't feel right, please rest and leave it out and jump back into the next movement with me. Feeling your muscles working is right, but we want to avoid any sharp pains or major discomfort.
